After working with the double square diptych proportion, I then added two more squares for a total of four denoting the four generations in my family. Recently my mother died and my daughter had a daughter. I am now shifting to the triptych, my new 2013 three-generation reality. I have also worked on a new series, Animal Vegetable Mineral, using my nature collection of stones, seed pods, bones, shells, twigs, feathers, bird nests, and small metal pieces.
